CLOSED FROM APRIL 27 THROUGH TILL JUNE 10, 2017
We will be closed from April 27 through till June 10 for our annual winter holidays.
All orders placed online after 6am on April 26 will be despatched as soon as possible after June 11, 2017.
All orders will be processed in the order that they are received.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders via Australia Post. As we are located in a regional area our mail is despatched daily at 9am.
Generally speaking all orders are despatched the working day after they are placed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer two shipping speeds - Regular and Express.
Parcels shipped via Regular Parcel Post are delivered to most areas within Australia within 5 to 10 working days from date of despatch.
Parcels shipped via Express Post are delivered to most areas within Australia within 1 to 3 working days from date of despatch.
How much are the postage charges?
Postage is determined by the total weight of your parcel and by the speed of delivery.
The total weight of your parcel includes the weight of the product and all packaging.
The postage charge for a parcel weighing less than 500g and sent via Regular Parcel Post is $9.
The postage charge for a parcel weighing more than 500g but less than 3kg and sent via Regular Parcel Post is $15.
The postage charge for a parcel weighing more than 3kg but less than 5kg and sent via Regular Parcel Post is $20.
Other postage options, such as Signature on Delivery and Express Post are also available. Costs for these services are automatically calculated via our website.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If no one is present at the delivery address when Australia Post delivers your parcel your parcel will be "safe dropped". This means that if the postman determines that the parcel can be left safely and securely at your property it will be left. If this is not possible a card will be placed inside your letter box indicating at which local post office your parcel can be collected.
Please note that we are not able to take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels that have been "safe dropped".
If your delivery address is likely to be unattended at the time of the delivery we strongly recommend that you use the "Signature on Delivery" option. This is the most secure delivery option we are able to provide - your parcel will not be left if your delivery address is unattended but will need to be collected from your local post office.
Orders sent via Express Post will also require a signature at time of delivery.
Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
As all orders are sent via Australia Post we are able to mail orders to post office boxes.

We currently ship to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea
