Melita Brown Top Stringy Bark Honey is harvested from the steep slopes of the Great Western Tiers near Mole Creek in Tasmania. As the Brown Top Stringy Bark trees do not flower every year this is a somewhat rare honey. However when it does flower it produces an abundance of nectar which produces a rich and dark full flavoured honey.
