Sweet sun ripened strawberries are carefully pureed and blended into a fine Tasmanian Honey.

Drizzle some Strawberry Honey over some fresh strawberries and serve with whipped cream.

To make Melita Strawberry Honey we combine a puree of the plumpest and juciest ripe strawberries with a blend of finely set creamed Melita honey.

the yummiest honey with a twist

Such a yummy tasting honey with a hint of strawberry flavour. We fell in love with this honey when we visited the melita honey farm and ordered some as soon as we got back home to NSW.
