Massage into areas that are painful to bring fast and temporary relief.  Apply to areas of discomfort as needed.  Do not apply to broken skin.

great on the muscle and joints

I suffer with osteo arthritus in my knee and nothing ive tried gives me relief .... this worked and i was able to fall asleep
